Crowds gather outside the Incomparable Tavern, whispering about a “Secret Treasure.” Follow the rumors, listen in on conversations, and investigate the Imperial Suite to uncover the truth.

Gambler's Secret Walkthrough

[1] At the entrance of the Incomparable Tavern on South Gate Avenue, listen to the people discussing a rumored treasure.

[2] Enter the tavern and eavesdrop on the group of martial artists talking about the same topic.

[3] Speak with Bai Shigao, the Tavern Keeper, to learn more.

[4] Explore and investigate the Imperial Suite inside the tavern.

Things you can find in the suite:
・Strange Carvings
・Celadon Wine Ewer
・Gambler Saint's Notes
・Gambler Saint's Tattered Straw Sandals
・Old Dice Cup

[5] Examine the pigment traces left behind to uncover the next clue.

[6] Head to Qi's Art Workshop. You will see a lot of treasure hunters there. Talk to the pair, further from the entrance.

[7] Pay Gui Zhongyan to learn his secrets.

[8] Play dice with Xia.
・Change the dice positions to add up to the desired number (18)
・You will receive the next clue in exchange for winning

[9] Head to the Cuju fields and talk to Xia Ban.

[10] Play the dice game again and win.
・This time the desired sum is 10

[11] Head to Jiang's Tea House and talk to Xia Zhi.

[12] Play the dice game with the Khitan warriors.
・The sum should be 20 or higher

[13] Go to the Immortal Tree.

[14] Talk to Qian Baiwan.

[15] Climb up the tree and get behind Gui Zhongyan.

[16] Use Celestial Seize to obtain the Withered Tree Coin Pouch.

[17] Open the pouch in your bag to get the final clue and a Bronze Key.

[18] Go back to the Imperial Suite in the Tavern.

[19] Examine the golden incense burner.
