[1] Talk to the Hungry Child.

Go to the Basketball Court on Hankaku Street. Ask the child what's wrong and agree to help him out. He'll give you some Fons to buy some food.

[2] Buy the Cool-lala Spicy Snack.

Interact with the nearby Vending Machine to purchase the snack that he wants.

[3] Hand over the Snack.

Get the Quest Rewards and complete the Lost Tale after helping him out!
