| Anomaly Mechanic | At High-Risk Difficulty V, the challenge will include: Overload: 3 minutes after battle starts - increases Enemy ATK by 10% every 10s. Increases Team ATK by 10% every 10s, up to 100%. Reduces Team HP by 5% of Max HP every 2s, to a minimum of 20% Max HP. Ride Assault Walkthrough
Before you can trigger this anomaly you need to reach City Tycoon: Level 3.
[1] Head to the stretch of road between Davidia Avenue and Fox Window Street
In order to spawn the Headless Rider, you need to be in a vehicle and set the time to around 8:15PM.
[2] Chase the Headless Rider
A cutscene will play out where you will have to chase the Headless Rider until you reach a tunnel.
[3] Defeat the Headless Rider
Once you enter the tunnel, you will be transported into the fluctuation zone. Prepare yourself because you need to defeat the Headless Rider to accomplish this commission.
The Headless Rider is weak to Psyche so Fadia, Aurelia, and Haniel are strong choices for this fight.
This boss has various attack patterns so be patient and wait for an opportunity to parry or dodge.

| Straight Charge |  The Headless Rider will charge at you, raising its scythe above you. Dodge left or right then counter. |
| Triple Swing |  The Rider will swing his scythe 3 times in a circle. |
| Donuts |  This attack is a combination of him spinning his motorcycle and using his scythe. He will also lift the wheels to damage you as well |
| Leap Strike |  This attack has two telegraphs. He'll first charge at you and swing his scythe like usual but then he'll leap above you and smash you with his motorbike. |
| Wind Up Slash |  This attack has a Parry Circle so time your counter wisely. There's also a variation where he'll try to crush you with the rear wheel as a setup. |
| Flaming Charge |  Once his health drops to a certain threshold, he'll begin to charge at you from random directions. A blue line will lock on to you, once you see it flicker, dodge sideways. |
After defeating the Headless Rider, you'll get the S-Ranked Arc: Raging Flames which is suitable for Plasma type characters such as Hathor.
